Program

SPGC’s proprietary Cleanewable-Hybrid™ Programs and Platforms are specifically designed upon a model that delivers a singularly focused, strategic blending of Energy as a Service (EaaS) and Critical Infrastructure Systems as a Service (CISaaS) into an unmatched mission critical facility master solution, at both hyper and mega scales.

At its most basic level, our program integrates collocated, high-efficiency, grid independent, clean/green energy generation with hi-tech and highly efficient thermal energy capture and reuse, emissions control and decarbonization, all as standard features. Through the addition of both seen and unseen security controls and features, we deliver the most advanced hybrid, hi-tech, plug-and-play mission critical solution within the market today, exceeding even the most specialized mission critical requirements. By having grid-independent energy generation, available 365 days of the year, we overcome the greatest threat to mission critical facilities world-wide, the lack of direct command and control over primary power and the energy supply chain.

With the strategic advancements delivered through the modular deployment of our proprietary Cleanewable-Hybrid™ Program and Platform, we are able to integrate additional sustainable technologies and systems with our ever-advancing technologies, at scale, and incorporate them into other market sectors such as sea water desalination, Agri-tech, Aquaculture and Smart City programs, creating the Go-To Model of efficiency, sustainability and circular economics.

With the ability to generate and our own collated electrical and thermal energy, both prior to and after the mission critical facilities have come online, we drive our Programs to deliver a strong financial edge over all other standard and typical mission critical facilities, which still rely upon facility leases and service level agreements as their primary revenue generators.

We program, finance, develop, construct and operate our hyper-efficient mission critical facilities and campuses at the highest of standards, which may consist of either a single, or multiple, proprietary Cleanewable-Hybrid™ mission critical facilities. These facilities and/or campuses range in deployable modular blocks from 25MW up to 250MW, with a maximum single location, quad-module distributed energy generation capacity of 1GW.

By holding the proprietary rights to our systems, we are able to manage and control each facility directly, thereby keeping our facilities and clients at the very forefront of hyper-efficiency, technology advancements and continuous uninterrupted operations.

GE Power is one of the world’s leading suppliers of efficient power generation and energy delivery technologies and has been engaged by the The Silent Partner Group of Companies™ to provide hyper-efficient electrical and thermal energy generation solutions, noting that, in 2018 GE’s power plants produced one-third of the world’s electricity.

Bechtel Corporation

Engaged by The Silent Partner Group of Companies™ to provide co-development, design, engineering and construction services and integrating all energy, IT/data, site and structural systems. With vast experience in the power, oil & gas, water, telecommunications, government, mission critical and Smart Cities sectors, Bechtel Corporation was strategically selected for their broad reach and extensive experience in delivering the most stabilized experience and corporate infrastructure in support of our proprietary Cleanewable-Hybrid™ systems.

EYP Mission Critical Facilities

EYPMCF is a global data center design, engineering and construction practice that is comprised of highly experienced professionals dedicated exclusively to data center, telecom facility and critical infrastructure upgrade projects. The group has completed more than 30-million-square-feet of mission critical space across the world since its inception in 1990.

AZ Corp / CIANBRO

Together, AZ Corp and CIANBRO are providing EPC administration and management of Pre-Development activities for the Silent Partner of Companies™ in support of a very select Level5 Data Center Group, LLC. project in the US.

PVD Modular, LLC

From state-of-the-art and high-tech thermal and carbon capture systems, to market-making data center cooling systems, PVD provides the programs and services that are tailored to our unique requirements. Within their highly proven technology platforms, PVD holds the distinction of being ranked number one in modular data center systems provider through the GSA’s Berkley National Laboratory’s testing program for the US Department of Defense.

Aqua Cooling

In support of PVD Modular’s systems our proprietary Cleanewable-Hybrid™ Program, Aqua Cooling continues to deliver multi-award winning, state-of-the art cooling and mechanical systems, including several industry prizes, the 2015 Queen’s Award for Enterprise (Innovation) and has been recognized by the Institute of Physics (IOP) for their achievements in their field of expertise. Aqua Cooling is our strategic long-term provider for all primary mechanical, thermal and facility cooling environments and systems.

C-Capture

C-Capture has patented a unique, solvent-based technology which offers a safe, low-cost way to remove carbon dioxide from the energy generation process cycle using a post-combustion capture approach. With their technologies being the most highly advanced and environmentally responsible solution available in the market place today, they are clearly the number one choice for our programs and platforms, driving us toward carbon neutrality and into carbon negativity.

OptaSense

Unlike conventional buried sensors, the OptaSense Perimeter Intrusion Detection System significantly reduces nuisance alarms using reliable algorithms that decipher and classify the type of intrusion in real time. Users can be notified of alarms via text or email, and by leveraging GPS coordinates, the system can pinpoint the location of a security breach within seconds. With this information, asset owners can increase the effectiveness of response mechanisms, such as patrols and helicopter reconnaissance, by ensuring manual inspection is focused on areas of real activity.

Jones Lang LaSalle(JLL)

Under a Master Services Agreement, JLL has been engaged to provide global services for the proprietary Cleanewable-Hybrid™ Program for real estate sourcing and acquisition, sourcing of collocation, enterprise, cloud, edge and hyperscale data center clients and facility operations and maintenance services.

TLM Group

With a client list including such well-known names as Google, Microsoft, Facebook and Equinix, as well as having managed mega data center projects, with budgets exceeding $1.75 Billion, TLM Group has been integrated into our team to offer the highest levels of non-partisan program and project management services, beginning at the conceptual planning phases and continuing through to the completion of the project.

Morgan Stanley

Pursuant to an exclusivity agreement, Morgan Stanley is providing broad-reaching services to the Silent Partner Group, including, but not limited to, sole lead arranger, sole bookrunner, lead underwriter and sole placement agent and/or an initial option holder. Additionally, they will be providing services as the sole structuring agent and/or lender, as applicable, of any secured or unsecured, senior, subordinated or mezzanine, loan or credit facilities, including debt and equity structuring, financial modeling support and rating agency services.

Goldman Sachs

Having committed over $750 Billion towards green initiatives and previously issuing term sheets for our projects within the U.S., Goldman Sachs remains at the top of our list for capital raises which may involve potential Green Bonds and other environmentally viable financial mechanisms, primarily focused on construction to permanent and long-term debt facilities.

Within select project groups, the Silent Partner Group of Companies utilizes JPMorgan Chase for their corporate and commercial banking needs.
