The Silent Partner Group of Companies

The Silent Partner Group of Companies, Inc. (SPGC) name represents the tactical alliance of multiple companies which have come together, guided by each of these strategic partner’s sector knowledge and experience.  The specific intent of these Silent Partners is the integration of the most advanced technologies, critical systems and components capable of delivering our end-user clients an unequaled combination of collocated hybrid decarbonized energy generation, waste energy and carbon capture and reuse systems, as well as the most cutting edge mission critical IT, electrical, mechanical and security technologies, systems and controls available today.

By embracing and promoting the long overdue evolution from antiquated design and engineering, to the most progressive, fastest go-to-market and globally deployable program and platform offered today we are not only able to future-proof our hyper-efficient mission critical facilities, we are also able to engineer them to operate at the lowest PUE’s (Power Utilization Efficiency) levels seen in the marketplace.  The final iteration of our offering is referred to as SPGC’s proprietary “Cleanewable-Hybrid™ Mission Critical Program” and was envisioned, pre-engineered, re-engineered and developed by our Founder and Chairman, Dale Hobbie, over a 5-year period, in association with his co-engineering and financial partners.

The proprietary Cleanewable-Hybrid™ Program was not designed or engineered with old world or conventional thinking in mind. Conversely, Mr. Hobbie’s unconventional vision woke him in the early morning hours over five years ago with a burning question, “Why aren’t data management and power generation directly integrated and collocated with each other on the same site?  Doing so would provide substantial command and control to the owners and operations teams, while simultaneously prevent the interruption of mission critical processes caused by all too common electrical grid instability and supply.”

Those questions were answered very quickly when Mr. Hobbie began digging in and investigating the structure of the relationship between the major providers within the energy sector and the major providers within the mission critical sectors.  He found that these two sectors do not constantly integrate themselves or consistently work together directly, other than entering into medium and long-term power purchase agreements that lock the mission critical facility owners and operators into accepting and dealing with the grid’s shortfalls and weaknesses.

Significantly changing the thinking, or actions, of decades-old data management and millennia-old energy generation providers still remains elusive.  This is especially true within areas where the monopolization of power supply and the overburdened provision of data management services by inflexible master providers is prevalent.  Mr. Hobbie found that the voice of change from an unknown source was swiftly dismissed within both of these sectors and if he truly wanted to see change happen, he would have to somehow drive that change himself, with his partners’ full support.

That is entirely what The Silent Partner Group of Companies, Inc. is about, building and deploying the most elite, specialized and highly-experienced Team of Teams and professionals with a likeminded focus of directly managed, collocated and fully integrated hi-tech power generation and high-efficiency mechanical, electrical, waste energy and carbon capture and reuse, and mission critical systems.  By doing so, our facilities are ambitiously developed under a pre-set path of blending some of the most well-known, existing and long-proven technology systems available into a standard delivery model.  This puts SPGC in the lead position to bring this model forward to develop and operate the only tangible grid independent, decarbonized, hyper-efficient, clean/green energy focused and fully integrated mission critical facility solution available today, globally.
